Testimonials
"I wanted to write you a quick testimonial now that I have been using the septic heater for two seasons - this will be our third.
I own a small cabin in central Vermont that is right on the lake, and the septic tank faces the lake on one side which gets a wicked cold wind. Despite insulation on three sides and a snow cover it still froze 3 seasons in a row requiring my plumber and I to be out in the sub-zero temps pulling off the sewer cover and spending days thawing it out with hot water and heater - miserable. We had perhaps the coldest winter without snow the first season, then last season had ridiculous amounts of cold and snow and we got through just fine! It is installed on the vent pipe and works great and its very easy to work with - I could install it myself if I needed to. I do remove it each spring and reinstall in the early winter.
Also, this equipment is so essential that if you ever have spare parts, or think about stopping producing them, please let me know as I would buy a spare and parts!
Thanks again, hope you and your business are doing well."

"I realize that you have numerous testimonials already but I wanted to provide you with another which I believe to be a worst case situation.
I spoke with you on the phone July 2014 after having my Colorado Cabin’s septic tank freeze up the previous 2 winters due to limited use and extremely cold temperatures. I purchased one of the septic heaters the following month and mounted it 3’ from the top of the tank (Septic tank is located under the porch). I connected to the bottom of the heater with a 90 degree elbow and insulated the additional 3’ run of 4” pvc and connected it through the top of the tank. It should be noted that the tank is buried extremely shallow due to bedrock limiting its depth. As instructed I connected it to power (30 amp receptacle for RV) for added insurance so as to not overload the circuit. The unit ran like a champ all winter and we were only able to utilize the cabin 3 weekends resulting in a perfectly functioning septic system.
Items to note are that the home is located at 9,000 feet with and average snowfall of 166”. However, the snow accumulation does not really start until after Mid December, so we have single digit or lower temperatures for 30-45 days prior to any snow cover. This, coupled with the shallow septic tank has all but assured a frozen tank each winter since it was built. I am glad to say that your heater worked flawlessly and we went the entire winter of 2014-2015 without any problems. Although the price seemed high at the time, it has been worth every penny for the peace of mind.
Thank you for your research to produce this product so that others can fix what seems like a never ending problem."

"I just want to let you know what a great luck that we have had with your product. We purchased our Septic Heater in 2006 or 2007 and have had great results ever since.
We would recommend your Septic Heater to anyone that has a seasonal cabin.
Also, you guys have a great customer support as I called on a Sunday with a question and the staff handled my call in minutes and got me up and running again."

"Last year I had to have my tanks pumped out 5 times at $220.00 a pop. So this heater will pay for itself in just over a year. Thanks again for the great product."
